Your area of work:

Investment Funds Distribution Service IT Section builds and maintains several applications to provide our Clearstream customers (distributors, asset managers…), performing and efficient tools to manage their Investment Funds mainly in their related distribution area.

Several important projects are on-going or will be initiated early 2025. In that context, we need a project development manager that will follow these initiatives working closely with the related line managers.

 

Your responsibilities;

  • Ensure that all data and distribution projects follow enterprise architecture guidelines, produce quality solution architecture taking into account scalability, performance, operability, monitoring, archiving, security, data modeling & transparency dimensions

  • Ensure that projects provide detailed estimation (including design, development, unit testing & testing support, bug fixing) and related development plan regardless of the methodology used (agile or waterfall)

  • Ensure follow up of these plans and trigger definition of mitigation actions or escalations in case of relevant deviations

  • Participate to external assessment/guidance if requested on projects in the CFS or wider PTIT area beyond his direct responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries as per the prioritization and criticality

  • Align governance, SDLC and release practices with other areas in CFS

 

Your profile:

  • University degree or equivalent in a computer-based discipline.

  • The candidate must have at least 5 years of industrial experience with ideally several items amongst:

  • Development technologies (Camel, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring Security, RestAPI, EJB, JMS, MDB, JaxB, JPA, JSON)

  • JavaEE Application Servers (Redhat EAP Jboss)

  • Unit Testing and Acceptance Testing tools (Junit, Mockito, Jacoco, Fitnesse, Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber)

  • Continuous Integration/Delivery tools (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Artifactory, IntelliJ)

  • Command script development and execution on Linux and Windows (ksh/bash/PowerShell).

  • Basics of Oracle database, SQL and PL-SQL.

  • Basics of agile development (SCRUM, KanBan)

  • Analytical skills using UML.

  • Architecture (enterprise & solution) definition and review

  • Workload estimation, planification and follow-up

  • Speaking and writing English (fluent enough) - knowledge of French will ease the communication       

  • Past experience with Clearstream/Kneip will be an asset

  • Must be a team player with good communication skills and must be a self-starter with minimum support.
