Your area of work:

As a Product Owner, you will support and drive key workstreams within the digital and DLT infrastructure, functionalities and products roadmap, working closely with the senior product owner and wider product leadership team. You will help translate strategic priorities, legal and regulatory considerations, and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, delivery plans and market-ready service capabilities. The role is suited to a responsible, self-driven professional who is looking to grow into a product role by applying strong project management, stakeholder engagement and structured problem-solving skills, while bringing stakeholders together across business, legal, technology and delivery teams and driving delivery against agreed targets and deadlines. 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned digital and DLT infrastructure, functionalities and product workstreams, supporting the execution of the roadmap from requirements definition through implementation and production readiness. 

  • Lead the development of Product Requirement Documents, ensuring requirements are clearly documented, traceable and aligned with the smart contract data model, data distribution model and digital service scope. 

  • Ensure key business, functional and technical items are captured as clear backlog items, user stories and delivery priorities, and are prioritised according to business value, regulatory impact, technical dependencies and delivery constraints. 

  • Drive stakeholder alignment across business, legal, technology and delivery teams, bringing the right stakeholders together and ensuring open questions, dependencies and decisions are clearly captured and followed up. 

  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, regulatory impact, technical dependencies and delivery constraints, under the guidance of the senior product owner. 

  • Define clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting validation of digital and tokenized services, wallet journeys and data distribution requirements. 

  • Support sprint planning, reviews, demos, stakeholder feedback and functional/BAT testing, while helping to manage timelines, delivery milestones and readiness of new digital and DLT-enabled services and related service documentation. 

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in economics, finance, business administration, law, computer science or a comparable field. 

  • 7+ years of experience in capital markets, financial services, legal/regulatory, market infrastructure, transformation or comparable stakeholder-driven environments. 

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage complex projects, structure work across multiple stakeholders, track dependencies and drive progress against agreed targets and deadlines. 

  • Interest in developing a strong understanding of securities lifecycle processes, CSD operating models, market member needs and readiness requirements. 

  • Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop expertise in digital and DLT-based financial market infrastructure, related functionalities and products. 

  • Ability to translate legal, regulatory, business and stakeholder considerations into clear requirements, delivery priorities and practical implementation actions. 

  • Good judgement in identifying open questions, risks, dependencies and decisions, and ensuring these are transparently captured, escalated and followed up. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance business value, regulatory impact, technical dependencies and delivery constraints. 

  • Responsible, proactive and self-driven working style, with the ability to lead assigned topics independently while escalating key decisions appropriately. 

  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, preparing structured materials, facilitating discussions and ensuring decisions and follow-up actions are clearly documented. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management, customer orientation, communication and presentation skills across business, legal, technology and delivery teams. 

  • Written and spoken English is mandatory; German, French or any other language is an asset.
