As part of Clearstream Banking’s Collateral, Lending and Liquidity Solutions (CLLS), the Digital Trust team develops trusted, technology‑enabled products and services supporting the digital transformation of post‑trade, collateral management and securities lending.

The Product Manager – Digital Trust & Partnerships is responsible for the development of partnership‑based digital solutions, working at the intersection of clients, external partners, technology and regulation.

The role is moderately senior, requiring autonomy, strong product ownership and the ability to structure complex topics in a regulated financial market infrastructure environment.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Digital Trust products and services, leveraging trusted third‑party and partnership models
  • Identify, structure and manage external partnerships supporting innovation in collateral management and securities lending
  • Translate client, partner and market needs into clear product requirements and delivery priorities
  • Support the definition and execution of the digital strategy for CLLS
  • Coordinate product initiatives with IT and Operations, ensuring timely and controlled delivery
  • Act as Product Owner in IT delivery, defining scope and aligning stakeholders
  • Ensure strong understanding of risk, regulatory and compliance requirements affecting digital products and partnerships
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Pricing, Billing)
  • Support Sales and Relationship Management in client meetings, workshops and presentations
  • Work with Marketing and Communications on product visibility and documentation
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, budgeting and client/internal readiness

 

Your profile:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in product management, partnerships, digital transformation or financial market infrastructures
  • Solid understanding of the post trade industry including collateral management and securities lending.
  • Experience working with external partners and technology‑enabled solutions, ideally also in emerging markets
  • Exposure to digital assets, DLT or innovation initiatives is an advantage
  • Strong structuring, stakeholder‑management and communication skills
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
