Field of activity
Clearstream's investment funds services enable banks and other investment fund distributors to move towards standardisation, automation and straight-through processing of investment fund orders. As part of the Global Funds Operations Funds Vestima Service Design and Implementation Team you will responsible for the customer onboarding on Vestima.


Tasks/responsibilities

  • Customer onboarding Vestima & VestimaPRIME: scoping, technical set up, migration planning, execution of portfolio transfers
  • Transfer Agent implementations: manage the migration to Vestima (order routing platform) and Central Facility for Funds (settlement service) 
  • SWIFT 20022 testing & implementation
  • Customer data maintenance: agent/dealer code collection and billing processing
  • Fund eligibility analysis and set up

 

Qualifications/required skills

  • Holder of a University degree in Finance, economics or related
  • Prior relevant experience in the fund industry, especially in the Fund Distribution area would be a strong advantage
  • Customer focus is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, accuracy, curiosity, highly organised and flexible, ability to maintain up to date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory and German is a strong advantage.  Any additional language, especially French, will be considered as an asset.
