Internships - Finance, Accounting, Controlling (f/m/d)
Start:  | Duration: 6 (in months) | Full-time 

We are regularly looking for interns in several financial areas. In a diverse, dynamic and constantly changing environment, you will learn and apply processes, tools, get the opportunity to take part in daily activities and propose creative solutions.

Your responsibilities



  • Support the accountant in the capitalisation process and administrative tasks related to contracts (Billing, Invoice verification, re-class, review, documentation, etc.)
  • Specific requirement: SAP R/3 (for maintenance/improvement)



  • Perform benchmarking exercises and ad-hoc analyses, support budget and forecast processes with analysis of variances
  • Specific requirement: SAP based controlling tools (for further development); financial and cost accounting knowledge


Quantitative Risk Management

  • Generate analyses and documents for the decision making process with regard to latest risk management issues and support in the course of administrative and organisational risk management operations (e.g. liquidity risk)
  • Specific requirements: strong knowledge of VBA required, Matlab & SQL desirable; Interest in capital and stock markets



  • You must be enrolled in a relevant academic programme (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or similar) recognised by the state and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies (please attach the copy of your certificate of enrolment)
  • Your internship must be covered by internship agreement
  • Motivated, eager to learn and can adapt fast in a complex and high value-added environment
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Commitment, strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills with ability to work independently as well as a team in an international environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, German and/or French would be an asset
  • Good command of MS-Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • For non-European Union students, please attach the copy of your current student visa.
