The Transformation Office and Digital team of Clearstream Fund Centre is responsible for managing the CFS Project Portfolio, ensuring alignment with governance standards and strategic objectives.
Our mission is to steer, oversee and manage the portfolio of projects, supporting prioritization and decision-making in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
As an intern (f/m/d), you will support the Digital Transformation Team in various tasks that teach you project management skills and introduce you to specific aspects of the industry. You may be asked to work as part of a specialized team, such as a PMO. A project management internship is an opportunity to learn from a project team that plans, executes, and delivers projects to the business and to customers. Most importantly, you will develop relevant skills and make valuable connections as you begin to network your way into a career path.
Your responsibilities:

Support in coordinating of internal stakeholders

Coordinate internal stakeholders to receive all required documentation
-
Prepare and participate in meetings/workshops with different stakeholders (e.g. Steering Committee, project status meetings)

Update the deliverables and resource planning

Support the creation of monthly project status reports in Clarity
-
Support the budget monitoring of the project portfolio
-
Support the maintenance of documentation material for the knowledge database
-
Provide ad-hoc support to project portfolio managers
Your profile:

You are enrolled in a Master’s Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or relevant fields and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months

You are looking for your end-of-studies internship and aim at starting your professional career

Experience in activities coordination

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the consulting

You are interested in project work in the Financial Services and Capital Markets area

A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently

Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High quality-orientation

You have very good knowledge in MS Office (incl. MS Project) and SharePoint. Knowledge in Clarity is an added advantage

You are fluent in written and spoken English, German and French is an advantage
