Intern - Outsourcing and Control Assurance Monitoring (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provide direct support of the Clearstream Outsourcing Coordinator and Control Assurance Monitoring teams

 

Outsourcing Support:

  • Maintain and perform data consistency checks of the Outsourcing Portfolio (Outsourcing Register)

  • Assist in analysis of regulatory changes in relation to outsourcing, reviews and updates of the Outsourcing Policy, procedures, templates and questionnaires accordingly

  • Prepare documents regarding new or changed outsourcings as a basis for decision-making by the Executive Board.

  • Provide a pro-active contribution to ensure team targets and objectives are being achieved within required deadlines

 

Control Assurance Monitoring Support:

  • Support in the execution of the Assurance Heatmap, Individual Data Processing, Management of External Findings, Patent Policy and Internal Control System associated activities

  • Assist in facilitating Risk and Control Self-Assessments to identify key risks, (non) financial impacts and relevant controls

  • Assist in coordinating the execution of reports and assessments (i.e. assurance report on controls, risk concentrations, internal controls, etc.) for the 1st line of defense, executive managers and/or regulators

  • Support in the creation of various reports such as ISAE 3402, Management Report on Internal Controls.

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Economics, Finance or Business Management and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months 

  • Good communication and analytical skills, critical mind set and keen attitude to solve complex problems

  • Team spirit, a sense of responsibility and proactive attitude are appreciated

  • Good office productivity tools proficiency expected (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), French and/or German is an asset
