Your area of work:
As an intern – IT Touchpoint (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Corporate IT Cloud Operations department.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with the handout and return of hardware (such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones), includinghelping users with device setup
• Gain interesting insights in Involvement in IT projects and initiatives, and the implementation of newtechnologies or processes.
• Help analyse and evaluate incident information and resolutions accurately, supporting the documentationprocess for IT issues
• Support the team by providing onsite support to users by helping resolve technical issues with hardware andsoftware, ensuring immediate hands-on assistance
• Gain insights in strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting directly with end users, includingVIPs and executives, and ensuring a positive user experience

Your profile:

• 
  You are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on ComputerScience or Engineering and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor'sdegree or similar for no more than 6 months
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of internships (e.g. experienceabroad, internships) in the IT Support area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate flexibility
• Team player with good communication skills
• You have good knowledge in Windows 11, MS-Office applications, SAP and other Microsoft products
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. French would be considered as an asset
