To complement our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern who will actively support us in helping our employees learn new skills and improve existing ones.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist our employees globally with their Learning-related inquiries, helping to create a positive and supportive learner experience
- You will gain interesting insights in implementing, organizing, supporting, and further developing our learning measures and training formats
- Support the team in managing and documenting learning activities within SuccessFactors Learning, while also contributing to data preparation, cleaning, and report generation using Excel
- You will support the team in preparing the annual training report for submission to the Luxembourgish authorities
- You will update Learning guidelines in PowerPoint and Learning content on our SharePoint sides
- You will research market trends and best practices in the field of Learning to support in continuously improve the learner experience
Your profile:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experiences in Human Resources in an internship or a working student position
- You see yourself as a team player as well as an organizational talent and work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
- You have an open, approachable, and strong communication personality
- You are confident and experienced in the use of common MS Office applications
- You have fluent English language skills, both spoken and written (French is an asset)
