The Corporate Governance Post-Trading section is responsible for the management of board and committee meetings and organizes corporate governance processes within Deutsche Börse Group. In your new position as a Corporate Governance Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a unit operating at the heart of a complex and vibrant business and gain an understanding of the relationships between Clearstream's management, boards, and its shareholders.
Your responsibilities

Independently support the organization and documentation of board and committee meetings

Support the team on procedures, processes, and corporate governance topics such as the implementation of new rules and regulations

Communicate and interface with different internal departments

Independently support the team on ongoing corporate governance projects
Your profile

You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated within the past 6 months with a Bachelor's degree or similar

Interest in Corporate Governance matters, with a basic understanding of Risk Management principles and regulatory trends in financial sector

Precise and structured working style

Able to work in a project mode and think creatively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Perfect fluency in written and oral English is mandatory; French and German skills are helpful but not required.
