The Compliance Function works in close coordination with the individual business units and group control functions to ensure adherence to national and international laws and regulations applicable to various units of Deutsche Boerse Group and its business activities. The compliance function has a proactive role in the identification of possible compliance or reputational risks, including those that may arise in connection with new activities and products. Compliance defines group-wide compliance policies, supports their consistent application across group entities, and provides centralized services in areas including the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, international financial sanctions, anti-corruption, data protection, and prevention of conflicts of interests. Members of the Compliance function will not only gain experience with various compliance responsibilities, but also have exposure to a broad range of global financial activities.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO Support Intern will assist the Project Manager with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project operations and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within the compliance remit.
Your responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes, etc.

Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Data Entry: Input and update project-related data in various systems and databases.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and other documentation as required.

Coordination: Help coordinate project activities, track progress, and follow up on action items.

Research: Conduct research on project-related topics and provide insights to support decision-making.

Support: Provide general support to the PMO team as needed.
Your profile:
- You must be enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g. Business Studies, Project Management, information technology, or a related field), can provide an internship agreement and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Good command of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of Project Management Professional (PMP) basics or PMP certified
- Good understanding of developing IT products in an Agile environments and/or Agile Certification.
- Commitment, ability to work independently, attention to detail.
