Intern - Client Relations (f/m/d)
Start: 01/09/2019 | Duration: 6 (in months) | Full-time 

As an Intern in Client Relations – UK, Ireland, Nordics and the Americas, you will be actively taking part in supporting our client relationship management process, specifically for investment funds services clients, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.


Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the relationship managers in the development / maintenance of new business opportunities with existing as well as new customers in the investment funds space
  • Taking the lead on account opening and other account related documentation / processes
  • Responding to ad-hoc queries and assisting in the issue resolution process by liaising with other sections including the Investment Fund Services department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on different projects, performing ad-hoc tasks, producing reporting (MIS, metrics) for clients and internal teams
  • General administrative and organisational tasks


Our requirements

  • You have completed at least the first 2 years of university studies with a focus on Business Administration, Economics or similar OR have graduated for less than 2 years ago
  • Proficient of MS-Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good writing and editing skills
  • Basic knowledge of Sharepoint desirable
  • Experience in the field of client management or investment funds would be an asset
  • Accurate, self-responsible, creative, strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Interest in financial markets desirable
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory
