Your area of work:
The team is responsible for the client documentation and is in close contact with Clearstream’s international client base as well as with various internal teams. As an employee in the client-facing team, you will get insight into the processes and various tasks of client onboarding and lifecycle management trigger events. We offer you the chance to acquire valuable experience along with practical knowledge obtained whilst working within our international team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Onboarding team throughout the client documentation lifecycle, including onboarding, account openings, closures, and modifications.
- Manage the collection and processing of Collateral Management Agreements and appendices from the mailroom, including obtaining necessary CBL signatures and forwarding to the appropriate team.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based statistics and reporting on ongoing activities, including client onboardings, mergers, name changes, and other client updates; maintain and update Power BI reports related to onboarding activities to support monitoring, analysis, and management reporting.
- Support the retrieval of documentation in response to audit requests.
- Communicate directly with international clients concerning the collection and validation of various client documents.
- Handle complex inquiries and manage high volumes of documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to process analysis and support the implementation of process improvements.
- Facilitate RM Priority meetings by capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items, and distributing concise summaries to relevant stakeholders to support alignment and effective prioritization of onboarding activities.
Your Profile:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme focusing on Finance, Economics or Business Administration with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Administration experience, AML/KYC documentation experience are a strong advantage
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. French and/or German are an advantage
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Detail-oriented and strong sense of accuracy
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team within an international environment.
