Your area of work:

As an intern in Business Transformation unit, you will support the team in its activities:

  • Related to the various ongoing projects: In particular, you will help your colleagues in their tasks to prepare and monitor the test phase carried out by all Clearstream operational teams and coordinated by Change Management (called "business acceptance testing"). The objective of this phase is to ensure a smooth implementation in production of the changes introduced by the different projects

  • Related to the team organisation: You will also be supporting the team management in specific organisational tasks

 

This internship will allow you to:

  • Acquire project management skills

  • Develop knowledge in terms of communication and team management in a multicultural environment

  • Develop your knowledge of the financial sector and especially have a good overview of the post-trade processes

  • Discover the unique business of an ICSD and the activities carried out within Clearstream

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Help in project office (Statistics, project reporting, resource management)

  • Assist in handling of day-to-day tasks enabling the experts to focus on delivering the overall project objectives and resolution of issues

  • Help and participate in planning and tracking activities

  • Support in the preparation of internal project related presentation

  • Support regular project / team meetings (organization, minute taking & Actions to be taken tracking

  • Assist the team leads

 

Your profile:

  • You have completed at least 2 years of university studies with a focus on Finance, Business, Administration or similar OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months

  • Good level of MS-Office applications (in particular, Powerpoint and MS- Excel)

  • High level of self-motivation as well as the ability to work under pressure

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), French and/or German will be considered as an asset
