Client Connectivity - Business Analyst (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

In your new position you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the international markets) in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Clearstream Banking connectivity products.

The type of tasks is highly diversified, the focus will be on supporting Client Connectivity and Data Projects as Business Analyst mainly in the SWIFT, SWIFT ISO 20022, Xact Transformations Projects.

Support CBL and CBF Projects impacting Connectivity Product.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather, review, and analyze business requirements with all relevant stakeholders within Connectivity and Data Product and the other product areas
• Produce high quality business requirements analysis Documents (BRA) and actively supporting functional issues and questions during all project phases
• Act as single point of contact for specific projects and the Connectivity and Data Management.
• Be able to work with agile methodologies in collaboration with IT colleagues during all stages of project lifecycle
• Participate to production issues investigation and resolution of customer queries
• Report on regular basis to the line management and project leads
• Be able to produce competitive analysis and development for the Connectivity and Data strategies; to expand and diversify revenue streams.
• Improve current business development processes.
• Be able to Produce Presentation materials for Senior Management and Board Members.

Your profile:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis in the Financial sector

• Knowledge of the CBL and CBF Services and Connectivity Channels: Xact Portal, SWIFT, Etc.

• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022/20022 messages

• API Knowledge  and Test Automation will be an advantaged.

• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent customer-oriented communication as well as strong analytical skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, ability to work as part of the team

• Automation, transformation, and project management experience are a strong advantage

• Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructure

• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and tasks prioritization

• Written & spoken English as English. Czech, French, German or any other language are of advantage
