Your area of work:

You will be part of the Project, Portfolio & Implementation Management team, which oversees the entire lifecycle of IT changes within the Post Trade domain. The team is in charge of executing the CSS portfolio, delivering IT change projects, managing project and release policies, and providing comprehensive reporting to various Boards and Committees. In this context, you will ensure that software updates are deployed smoothly and efficiently across the organization's critical systems.

 

Your responsibilities:

As the Application Release Manager (ARM), you will be the central figure ensuring the integrity and timely delivery of software releases. Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating code deliveries across all impacted teams involved in a release.
  • Identifying and managing dependencies to secure the synchronized delivery of all code and database packages.
  • Overseeing the Change Management Process, including the follow-up of Jiras and Change Requests (CRs).
  • Facilitating the impact assessment of CRs to support the Decision Control Board (DCB).
  • Acting as the key interface between Development, Testing, Execution, Configuration Management, and DBA teams.
  • Informing testing teams about code delivery schedules and their availability for testing.
  • Securing the installation of fixes during post-implementation periods.
  • Supporting the Release Manager in preparing release-related reports and updates.

 

Your profile:

  • A completed university degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant professional working experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Jira and Excel.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Knowledge and expertise in project management practices and change management techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, a high willingness to learn, and the ability to make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Clearstream's application landscape is considered a plus.
