Global Asset Services’ main objective is to run the business with a focus on operational excellence – to provide quality services to our customers globally, and to beflexible and agile to meet requirements in a compliant and risk-based manner. This service includes collecting income and redemption payments as well as set up and processing of corporate actions and tax services.
Joining a dynamic, international team of dedicated and experienced people, you will be responsible of collecting information from market suppliers and set upnotifications of upcoming corporate actions voluntary events on domestic and Eurobonds markets.
Your responsibilities:

Support the setup and processing of voluntary corporate actions on bonds across domestic and international markets

Prepare and notify clients of corporate action events, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution in line with market deadlines

Monitor market information sources and update internal systems accordingly

Assist in handling exceptional corporate action events on fixed income securities, including default situations, restructurings, and related market events

Collaborate with team members during peak periods and support additional operational tasks or projects as needed

Handle client inquiries by investigating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Escalate and report issues when appropriate to ensure effective resolution and risk mitigation

Contribute proactively to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile:
- University degree in Economics, finance or related field

Initial to intermediate experience in corporate actions, custody operations, or asset servicing
- Knowledge and understanding of financial instruments, particularly bonds
- Familiarity with Swift messages, specially MT56's messages

Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads when required

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Willingness to learn and develop within asset servicing operationsProficiency in written and spoken English
- PC literacy: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
