Intern I Sales & Relationship Management

As an intern within the Clearstream Sales & Relationship Management team you will have an excellent opportunity to explore the world of securities post trade and also build and enhance your knowledge of global finance and capital markets.

Your area of work

• An intern position within the Sales & Relationship Management area of Clearstream Banking, London Branch – providing day to day support and engagement with clients domiciled in the UK, North America and LatAm
• Assisting the Sales & Relationship Management teams with the onboarding of new clients and the expansion of business with existing clients. 
• Active outreach and communication with clients to request documentation in support of business relationships with Clearstream Banking. 
• The Intern position is expected to be open through all of 2025.

Your responsibilities

• Support industrialized administrative task management for the team and track completion of tasks against given deadlines.
• Support the Customer Account Manager coordinate KYC tasks, including client outreach, and account opening / documentation execution processes for team members
• Support of other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Excellent communications and presentational skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong team player willing to cooperate with multiple colleagues across departments and office locations
• Good knowledge of MS office, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
• Adaptability, ability to work in team, good time management, attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
• Business proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset. 

    Qualifications/required skills

• You have completed your university degree or are presently engaged in a gap year from university.
