Investment Fund Onboarding Officer - 6 Month Contract

Your Area of Work

Clearstream's Investment Funds Services enable banks and other investment fund distributors to move towards standardisation, automation and straight-through processing of investment fund orders. Being part of the Investment Funds Vestima Service Design and Implementation Team you will be responsible for SWIFT 20022 testing and the further automation of our connection to transfer agents.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer on-boarding: scoping, technical set up, migration planning, execution of portfolio transfers
• Transfer Agent implementations: manage the migration to Vestima (order routing platform) and Central Facility for Funds (settlement service) 
• SWIFT 20022 testing & implementation
• Customer data maintenance: agent/dealer code collection and billing processing
• Fund eligibility analysis and set up

Your Profile

• University degree with orientation finance or economics
• 1 year's working experience in the funds industry
• Customer focus is essential
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• French and/or German is desirable but not required
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy, curiosity, highly organised and flexible, ability to maintain up to date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills
• Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile.
