“Securities Clearing Functionality” is responsible for the Functional design, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the new software/releases and works together with all departments and project teams involved.
The activities of the team are of great importance for future releases and service enhancements due to the influence on the system design. We take on tasks in order to explain the technical team “How the system works” and ensure that operations run smoothly. This also includes the preparation, planning and execution of workshops as well as creation of documentation to inform internal and external stakeholders.
As a working student (m/f/d), you will get an insight into complex IT software projects that are implemented in the clearing environment. You are fully integrated into the "Securities Clearing Functionality" team and work on various, interesting and very demanding project planning and project management tasks. Your responsibilities:
- You will manage the documents and contracts in internal management systems
- You contribute in analysis of a document, handling meetings/events/presentations and taking minutes
- You help in general administrative and organizational activities
- You support the monitoring of the change management process
Your profile:
- You are enrolled at a state-recognized university as a regular student during the entire period of employment, with at least the second semester completed. (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields)
- You should have a basic knowledge of Post Trade Industry (Trading, Clearing and Settlement)
- You have very good analytical, conceptual & interpersonal skills, motivation
- You are confidently handling MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- You have a very good written and spoken German and English
