Your area of work
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Unified for New Opportunities (UNO) project in the Custody and Investor Solutions department significantly the Member and Market Readiness workstream.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist in project coordination and planning, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and maintaining project documentation
- You will support member and market readiness activities, ensuring smooth client onboarding and account opening processes in line with regulatory and operational requirements
- You actively prepare and maintain client onboarding documentation, liaising with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of account opening tasks
- You will support stakeholder communication by preparing presentations, status reports, and meeting summaries to ensure transparency and alignment
- You wll conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely completion of project activities
- Furthermore, you contribute to process improvement initiatives, researching best practices and suggesting enhancements for efficiency in project workflows
Your profile:
- You are enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesterseStrong interest in project management and financial services, with willingness to learn and contribute
- You have an analytical mindset and attention to detail, with ability to work independently and manage priorities
- You have strong communication and organisational skills, comfortable collaborating in an international team environment
- Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your sense of responsibility, strong analytical skills and ability to work independently help you to familiarise yourself with new topics efficiently
- You are proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for documentation and reporting tasks
- You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are desirable but not mandatory
