Your area of work
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Project Management, you will support the coordination and execution of key initiatives, acting as a right hand to the Project Manager. You will contribute to planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on payment-related initiatives.
Working closely with various teams, you will help ensure smooth project execution, transparent updates, and well-structured documentation. This role is ideal for students interested in project management and financial services, with strong organizational skills and an eagerness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support project coordination and delivery tracking across payment initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are clearly monitored 
  • You will organise and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document outcomes, and track action points to ensure timely follow-up 
  • You will prepare and maintain project status reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates, ensuring clear and transparent communication 
  • You will maintain project documentation and document management systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper version control 
  • You will support stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams 
  • You will assist in updating project materials and dashboards based on team input, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date deliverables

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled at a state-recognised university (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field) for the entire duration of the working student position and have completed at least two semesters 
  • Ideally, you have gained first practical experience in project management, project coordination, PMO support through internships or working student roles 
  • You have a strong interest in project management, financial services, and payment processes 
  • Thanks to your structured and proactive working style, you are able to prioritise tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams 
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
