Your area of work
You will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO - IT Governance & Resilience team, which is a part of IT Governance, Risk & Transformation department. The unit is essential for shaping, establishing and further developing the IT Governance and Management Framework and continuously improving IT resilience, IT performance, as well as leading action and execution through holistic transparent monitoring and reporting to senior management.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support in the development and implementation of CIO IT Governance Management Reporting, including Jira dashboard monitoring and analysis
  • You will collect, structure, and validate data for IT performance indicators and governance KPIs
  • You will perform analytical tasks to support ongoing IT Governance projects
  • You will contribute ideas for improving reporting processes, data flows, and dashboard usability

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters. You major in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the IT of financial institutions and are familiar with IT regulatory requirements (e.g. working student or internships)
  • You are interested in IT Governance and IT Resilience topics in general as well as in communicating with different stakeholders
  • You are able to work independently with a high degree of reliability but at the same time you are a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • In addition, you have good knowledge in Power Point, Excel and SharePoint
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English as well as German
