Your area of work

IT Core Process Governance unit has responsibility for the centralized DBG IT Core Processes including tool requirements. Part of the IT Governance, Risk and Transformation department, we support IT to deliver an excellent quality service while being compliant to regulations and law applying on financial companies.

 

As a working student in the unit IT Core Process Governance you will support the team significantly in delivering excellent service.

 

You have the opportunity to support the operationalisation, control execution & follow-up for the IT Core Processes. You will also gain insights into the specifics of highly regulated entities.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting Process Managers with the execution of process controls and other tasks
  • Supporting Stakeholders with understanding of process controls
  • Support preparation of presentations and trainings
  • Support colleagues with the operation of SAP CRM7 and the Reporting platform
  • Active communication with other departments within Deutsche Börse Group

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters (Study focus on the field of informatics, physics, economics or other relevant fields)
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the IT of financial institutions (e.g. experience abroad, internships)
  • You are interested in IT in general as well as in communication with a lot of different stake­holders
  • You can work independently with a high degree of reliability/flexibility but at the same time you are a team player with excellent communication skills at different levels 
  • You have very good knowledge specifically in Excel, but also in the other MS Office products
  • You have high analytical skills
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. German and/or French language skills would be an advantage
