Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. As working student Corporate IT Executive Office Support (w/m/d) you will significantly assist the team in the Corporate IT area in efficiently implementing the organizational and administrative processes.
In this role you will mainly support the Head of Corporate IT and his personal assistant in organizational topics in the area of workshop/offsite preparation, partner and relationship management and also have the opportunity to support in smaller projects and initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are jointly responsible for organization and follow-up of (external) meetings, workshops, offsites
  • You will gain interesting insights in administrative and organizational activities as well as in collaboration with different stakeholders including the leadership team, project management and external parties
  • You actively participate in process optimization (e.g. Sharepoint, Outlook, tools)
  • In preparation for Townhalls and (external) events, you will be involved in the design and creation of presentations and documents, as well as in the evaluation and creation of (standard) reports
  • You will support in project management of smaller projects/initiatives
  • Furthermore, you will support the team in administrative ad-hoc requests
  • In addition to this excited tasks, you will have the opportunity to take advantages of job shadowing in the area of Corporate IT 

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled as a regular student at a state university for the entire period of your employment and have completed at least the first semester of your studies (major in the area/specialization of (business) information technology, economics, business administration, humanities, or other relevant disciplines)
  • Thanks to your cooperative nature and reliability, you will quickly find your way into the new team
  • Your very good analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Your working style is independent, and you consider yourself as durable
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ideally first experiences with SAP and SharePoint
  • You have fluent written and spoken German and English skills
