Working Student - Billing Change Management PMO (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

Billing Operations is responsible for the billing of services offered by Group Deutsche Börse. The requirements of the group’s business departments are leading to round about 40 billing projects per year. Especially Eurex is contributing several projects every year. The Billing Change Management Unit is acting across different locations and ensures successful projects and Change Requests within Billing.
In this role you will be responsible for several activities within Billing Projects. Your tasks will be to run the PMO and support the Head of Unit Billing Change Management and the Project managers. 

Your responsibilities:

•    You will support the Program and Project Manager in their daily tasks
•    You will manage the onboarding process for external resources
•    You will support Billing Projects (design and test of new functionality) 
•    You will assist with general administrative and organizational tasks
 

Your profile:

•    You own a Bachelor’s degree and you are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a Master student in business administration or comparable fields
•    You have a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently 
•    You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•    You have an end-user know-how in SAP (ERP and CRM) and finance processes are a clear advantage
•    You are proficient in written and spoken German and English
