Field of activity

T7, as the main Deutsche Börse trading system for derivatives and cash market asset classes, is designed to meet both trading firms’ functional as well as technical (low-latency) requirements. For T7 projects and initiatives as well as insourced hosting solutions for EEX Group entities (EEX, Nodal Exchange, ECC) we are looking for a qualified Relationship Manager that will enable us to strengthen the cooperation and continuously improve the service quality for all services provided to the EEX Group entities from a Derivatives & Cash Trading IT perspective.



  • Acting as a Single-Point-of-Contact (SPoC) within Derivatives & Cash Trading IT for trading related queries from EEX Group entities
  • Steering of functional and technical activities with focus on trading related matters of EEX Group entities
  • Ensuring an excellent client relationship with key contacts of EEX Group entities
  • Actively updating key contacts on upcoming product releases
  • Proactively building business relationships with existing key contacts of EEX Group entities and improving the working relationship
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimum service delivery to EEX Group entities.
  • Taking care of reporting functions in between Derivatives & Cash Trading IT and EEX Group entities


Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical client relationship management and/or client support
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehensively prepare a new initiatives including a balanced assessment of its risks, opportunities and any associated costs.
  • Experience with working in complex environments, dealing successfully with multiple stakeholders; experience in regulated environment is an asset.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and relationships with internal stakeholders including senior management.
  • Strong, proven problem-solving skills, quantitative, and analytical skills, structured working approach; creative thinker
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to present results both orally and in writing as well as a very good command of MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German; strong English language skills
