Elevate your professional journey with our dynamic 18-month rotational program in the Trading & Clearing division at Deutsche Börse Group. Experience diverse roles in Operations, Compliance, Risk, Business Development and Strategy as you rotate through 3 different assignments. While you'll be primarily based at our headquarters in Frankfurt, you'll also gain valuable insights into our worldwide operations. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Eurex Derivatives Exchange and Eurex Clearing AG as well as the European Energy Exchange Group, 360T and the Crypto Finance AG are part of our global financial infrastructure offering.

What you can expect:
- Gain exposure and become familiar with the variety of our (digital) multi‑asset‑class business, spanning Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Commodities Trading, as well as Derivatives, Clearing and Data services

Your profile:
- You successfully finished your master’s degree and want to start your career at a globally leading exchange organization
- In case of particular interest in risk-related tasks, graduates in the MINT area are very welcome
- You bring relevant practical experience from several internships, ideally in fast‑paced or analytical environments
- You are ready to take on responsibility and to make an impact
- With your proactive mindset you aim to contribute to the company’s success
- You are goal-oriented and respond positively to challenges
- You are eager to work in an international and dynamic environment
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, enabling you to think critically and solve complex problems effectively
- You are passionate to work with clients and keen to build and maintain interpersonal relationships at a professional level
- Proficiency in written and spoken English – German language skills will be of advantage
