Field of activity

As a Student Assistant in the department Customer Technical Support you have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics live and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company.
The Customer Technical Support Team provides the exchange participants with highly skilled support in the IT environment. The team is distributed internationally among the locations Eschborn, Prague and Chicago.

 

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Receive phone calls from customers and raise Interactions
  • Provide immediate assistance in the event of higher priority calls
  • Processing of incoming emails
  • Support of projects in the area of Service Management ("Onboarding process")
  • Maintain contact information in SAP CRM

 

Qualifications/required skills

  • Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their student assistance
  • Students who will apply as student assistant must have completed at least the first year of university studies
  • IT knowledge of contract law desirable
  • Excellent customer oriented communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
