Field of activity

As a student assistant - Consolidation & Accounting, IFRS you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. You will be actively taking part in our processes, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks. As a student assistant you will have the chance to cooperate by interesting and diversified accounting topics on IFRS. Furthermore you support the Consolidation-Team by projects, annual reports and day-to day business process.



  • Support the team in the framework of projects in the field of Financial Accounting according to IFRS (support in implementation and realisation of new accounting standards for the Group, i.e. IFRS 16 Leasing, etc.)
  • Cooperation by day-to-day business of Consolidation-Team
  • Assistance in drawing up financial reports in accordance with IFRS (in the framework of monthly, quarterly and annually closings)
  • Support in compilation of IFRS reports
  • Maintenance and preparation of Excel-sheets and Word-documentation for auditors
  • Literature research and support in creating presentations


Qualifications/required skills

  • Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
  • Minimum of three successfully completed semesters of university studies
  • Main focus or major in the area of accounting/balancing
  • Interest in working with legal texts and annotations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Competent handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 beneficial
  • Engagement and self-initiative, self-dependent, structured and accurate way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical skills and Affinity to issues in the field of finance and accounting
