Junior IT Security Architect - Cash (f/m/d)

Our product and service portfolio includes the listing, trading and lifecycle management of securities under recognized rules in markets tailored to market participants’ requirements. We develop innovative pre-IPO markets and build solutions for growth in the Cash Market.

The Junior Security Architect envisions, shapes and defines the security landscape of the next generation cash products, services and growth initiatives. The Architect has solid understanding in latest technologies and software architecture (e.g. Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, HTML5, React, Go). The Security Architect is familiar with IT Security Standards (ISO27000) and works together with Business Analysts and Developers. He/She is the main interface to Deutsche Boerse’s second line of defence functions like IT Security, Internal Audit and Compliance.

 

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Define and shape the IT Security landscape of Cash IT Pre-IPO, Capital Markets and Innovation
  • Leverage new technologies to develop new products and services in an IT Security compliant way
  • Go-to-person for all IT Security Architecture (data, design, system, application) related questions
  • Describe software and hardware requirements originating from IT Security requirements
  • Achieve compliance with internal and external standards applicable to the design and documentation of the solution
  • End-to-end responsible to perform Risk Assessments, participate in Internal Audits and other similar activities with second line of defence functions

 

Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree and/or a comparable education
  • Minimum 2 years experience in software development
  • Knowledge of DBG's (or related) systems landscape, interfaces and dependencies are an advantage
  • Knowledge of DBG’s IT Security Policy framework is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO27000 is an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset
