Your area of work:

As a member of the HR IT Unit, you will support the existing systems and drive the delivery of major change initiatives and process improvements that are in line with overall project schedules and budget frameworks. You will join a diverse team that challenges itself to provide simple solutions to complex problems, achieving best-quality business outcomes.  
HR IT is responsible for the system landscape of SuccessFactors and HCM on S/4 Hana with the middleware based on BTP to support our HR processes best possible.  

 
Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute technically and/or functionally towards transformation projects upgrading the underlying technology stack and architecture
  • Technically lead agile projects in the HR area 
  • Analyze and contextualize customer requirements for HR processes, identifying areas of improvements that generate technical and/or business value 
  • Design and implement frameworks and technology solutions based on best practices 
  • Support during rollout and release phases 
  • Support the maintenance and issue resolution of the productive HR applications  
  • Apply state of the art project methods, tools and contribute to their continuous development 

 
Your profile:

  • University degree in computer science or a comparable education 
  • Minimum 10 years experience working within the fields of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and the middleware platform BTP   
  • Proven skills developing and changing the setup of the HR systems to guarantee a perfect user support and data flow 
  • Skills in SuccessFactors EC configuration, RBP, Integration Center, SAP BTP standard I-flows, SAP HCM data model and connection setup 
  • Knowledge of ABAP would be helpful 
  • Problem solving, conceptual and project management skills
  • Understanding of JIRA workflows and processes 
  • Willing to independently learn the newest development in the relevant areas 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, in verbal and written form; German is an asset. 
  • Ideally: experience in working in a regulated environment (Financial / Insurance Industry, Public services)
