Sales Manager, Regulatory Services (f/m/d) - limited until 31.12.2020

Field of activity

Utilise their existing network to bring in new business. Respond promptly to incoming leads from new or existing clients and manage the sales cycle to close. The applicant must have/develop a good working knowledge of the regulatory product suite and be able to present independently to senior stakeholders from operations and compliance teams.

Desired languages include French, English and German.



  • Qualify prospects as per sales plan with a focus on France and French-speaking territories within Europe.
  • Offer products to qualified clients through live webinars and onsite presentations.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting for new clients to close.
  • Build and document sales activities in Salesforce.
  • When required manage RFIs and RFPs on behalf of Regulatory Services.
  • Work with product team to develop presentations and proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Prepare for and engage in sales team meetings.
  • Work with the account management team to identify new leads and prospects.
  • Assist account management team when required to present new services or functionality.
  • Network internally within Deutsche Boerse group to identify new target markets.
  • Carry a yearly sales quota.
  • Represent Deutsche Boerse professionally in all interactions with clients.


Qualifications/required skills

  • Some experience in Sales within regulatory reporting environment
  • A good working knowledge of the current regulatory landscape with focus on MIFID II, EMIR and SFTR
  • Experience working with a sales target environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, high analytical competence
  • Strong team player
  • University or comparable degree in business administration or related subjects
  • Very strong English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
