Field of activity

External Findings Management is the owner of a Jira based tool in which groupwide findings from regulatory and statutory audits are maintained. The tool is also the source for reporting to various governing bodies.The management of the tool considering information security related aspects and the improvement of the respective processes and workflows is a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, data quality related activities are assigned to you including provision of reports to various stakeholders including senior management. For this role, a close interaction with the IT to further develop the tool, but also with the business and various control functions to ensure data quality will be required.



  • Management and further development of the Jira based tool and the respective processes
  • Define business requirements and align with IT and other stakeholders, define test cases and ensure appropriate testing
  • Provide appropriate process documentation, perform trainings for new stakeholders in tool and processes, provide ongoing support to the stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality by defining data requirements and standards, performing consistency checks and tracking thereon
  • Support for the periodic reporting, i.e. findings data extraction, statistics generation, data analysis for presentation to management and other stakeholders
  • Support and collaboration with ongoing quality assurance activities


Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in business administration, information technology (business related) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Familiar with or interested in learning Jira software
  • Audit experience would be an advantage
  • Proven experience of researching and analysing data with high level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate or advanced skills at handling MS Office applications
  • Initiative, independent and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Proficiency in written and oral English and German
