Repo Pricing Specialist (f/m/d)

Eurex Repo, part of the Eurex Group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurex Frankfurt AG, is a leading provider of international secured funding and financing solutions in the European money market. Operating as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), it offers a highly liquid and efficient marketplace for secured money market transactions, particularly in the repurchase agreement (repo) business.
Its markets combine state-of-the-art electronic trading with the robustness and safety of central counterparty clearing provided by Eurex Clearing AG. This integrated setup delivers exceptional efficiency, transparency, and risk mitigation.

Within the Global Products & Markets division, the Pricing unit is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses for senior management to identify business drivers and opportunities, while monitoring general market developments and trends. Our portfolio also includes the design and maintenance of pricing models and strategic incentive schemes for both existing and new products and services, ensuring their successful implementation.
We are a team of business experts focused on identifying opportunities and solving complex problems, as well as project managers driving key strategic initiatives. The team works in close coordination with senior management across Eurex Clearing, Eurex Frankfurt, Eurex Repo, and Deutsche Börse Group.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Pricing and/or Repo Trading/Clearing to strengthen our team and take full responsibility for all repo related topics.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement pricing models as well as strategic incentive schemes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions, taking into account legal, regulatory, tax, IT, and other relevant requirements
• Coordinate the technical implementation of pricing models across all relevant systems
• Prepare and execute communication for new pricing measures, including market outreach
• Conduct detailed market analyses to identify industry trends and assess their impact on the organization
• Prepare senior management reports and decision-making materials

 
Your profile

• You have completed a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• You gained at least 2 years of professional experience in Pricing and/or Repo Trading/Clearing
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You have strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a high level of attention to detail
• You have a strong sense of ownership, high intrinsic motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• You speak fluent English; German is an advantage
