Project Officer for Customer Onboarding & Maintenance (CO-M) Project (f/m/d)

Field of activity

The Account Administration & Documentation Management Section is responsible 1) for client onboarding and maintenance activities, including client identification, documentation and set-up in productive systems and 2) design, development and implementation of the Customer Onboarding & Maintenance (CO-M) group-wide project which aims to improve client relations and increase quality/transparency through streamlining and digitization of the customer onboarding and maintenance processes across the group. We are now looking for a Project Manager to support the ongoing CO-M group-wide project as well as the Account Administration & Documentation Management Section head with administrative duties.

 

Tasks/responsibilities 

  • Support Project Management with focus on administrative and finance activities 
  • Perform administrative tasks e.g. scheduling of meetings, purchasing, infrastructure
  • Perform budget activities e.g. Planning, Forecasting, Maintenance, Tracking and Reporting 
  • Ensure quality of PMO standards and procedures in the project  
  • Support Section head with meeting scheduling, producing presentations and reports for the Section

 

Qualifications/required skills 

  • Experience with project office tasks; ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Experience with budget management of projects 
  • Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive 
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability and flexibility 
  • Team player with good communication skills 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills would be an advantage
