 In your new position, you will become a member of the Cyber Defense team, part of Group Security in Frankfurt. Cyber Defense team is responsible for all aspects of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Computer Emergency Response (CERT), and Security Operations Center (SOC). To fully protect the information assets of DBG, Cyber Defense is aiming to achieve a proactive detection of threats and improve monitoring of DBG information assets to protect them from cyber-attacks effectively, dealing with implementation and maintenance a state-of-the-art SIEM/SOC tooling, architecture and use cases content in order to support establishing Cyber Defense as a center of excellence for threat intelligence. In the advertised position, you will be focusing on supporting both our project and business as usual operations in the area of project management. Among others, the key activities are ensuring that various Cyber Defense initiatives are delivered on time, in scope and budget, and in close alignment with DBG governance and compliance processes.
 
Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading and/or active participation in the delivery of various Cyber defense initiatives, in line with DBG and Group Security strategy.

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and analyses.

  • Close interaction and collaboration with other departments within Deutsche Börse Group, e.g. IT Product Lines, Purchasing, Outsourcing, etc.

  • Software license management and procurement.

  • Support budget and capacity planning process (yearly and ongoing).

 
Your Profile:

  • University or comparable degree in business, finance, economics or equivalent.

  • Solid understanding of IT Security and Information Security technologies especially in the frame of threat detection and security monitoring (e.g. SIEM, EDR, Cloud Security).

  • Proven experience working in the field of project management.

  • Excellent analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, team player, ability to identify problems and propose solutions.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; French and/or German is an asset.
