Your area of work
Our Client & ISV Readiness Clearing team is seeking a new team member to support the Market Readiness stream leads. In this Project Management Support role, you will work closely with the stream leads to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and that we achieve 100% market readiness. You will also be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks of the PMO.
Your duties will include monitoring project progress and reporting on performance, budgets, and risks to leadership, as well as maintaining a central repository for project documentation and lessons learned. By helping the project manager deliver a specific project on time and within budget, you will play a key part in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. This position involves a mix of coordination and administrative tasks essential for successful project delivery.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Project Coordination and Administration: Apply established project management best practices to assigned project. Where processes are missing or undefined, proactively harmonize, create, and implement effective procedures to support project delivery
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track project progress, performance, and milestones. Align with stakeholders on target dates, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication of project status and updates
  • Organization and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
  • Documentation and Information Management: Maintain a central repository for project documentation, lessons learned, and communications. Ensure all relevant information is accurately documented and easily accessible to project teams and stakeholders
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project scope or delivery. Report on risks and take proactive steps to resolve issues as they arise

 

Your profile

  • You have already gained 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in a project coordinator or project analyst role
  • You are familiar with financial markets, derivatives products and risk models are a strong advantage
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You are highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
  • You are skilled in creating comprehensive and compelling PowerPoint presentations that are tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of diverse stakeholders and are well experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira)
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English, German is a strong advantage
