Your area of work
As a Strategic Marketing Manager in our Trading and Clearing Marketing team, you are the architect and driving force behind our marketing initiatives for the Deutsche Börse Capital & Corporates business segment. Your mission is to translate ambitious business goals into high-impact marketing strategies, oversee their flawless execution, and measure their success - from the initial concept to the final analysis.
Our global team develops and executes comprehensive B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies for leading Deutsche Börse brands, including Deutsche Börse, Eurex, Eurex Clearing, and Eurex Repo. With colleagues in Frankfurt, Chicago, and Singapore, we run global campaigns across all channels. Our focus is on powerful brand building, product marketing, targeted lead generation, and expanding our role as an industry thought leader.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic B2B marketing strategies for the entire Deutsche Börse issuer lifecycle, from attracting pre-IPO candidates to engaging post-IPO companies
- Steer marketing initiatives from concept to completion and ensure close alignment with business owners
- Plan and manage campaign budgets, define clear KPIs for success, and monitor performance through insightful reporting to drive continuous optimization
- Guide the strategic direction and development of our digital presence (e.g. website), plan cross-channel measures, and manage the execution of events and conferences to maximize the reach of our initiatives
- Build and optimize digital customer journeys using targeted SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and marketing automation to convert prospects into listing leads.
- Align all marketing initiatives with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to the business development teams to drive growth
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Economics and Marketing or a comparable qualification
- High resilience, strong team spirit, customer orientation, initiative, creativity, and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the European Pre- and Post IPO Market
- Experience in image editing (Adobe Photoshop) and video editing is a plus
- Familiarity with CMS systems and basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
