Key Account Management Repo (f/m/d)

Your area of work:

The Repo Key Account Manager is responsible for operational and customer relationship management as well as onboarding of new Repo Clearing and Trading members. Understanding of the repo market, trade and clearing workflows, regulations, products, and operational set-ups while building client relationships represent the essential fields of your activity. The Repo Key Account Manager acts as interface between the members and internal Deutsche Börse Group departments, such as Business Development Repo and Clearing, Settlement and Compliance while handling daily issues, supporting member with their obligations, and proactively managing internal and market driven changes. Provision of in-depth prospect consultations for Repo Clearing and Trading members within the onboarding and member change cases is key in your new position.

 
Your responsibilities:

• Support new customers in Eurex Repo and Eurex Clearing onboarding processes
• Provide detailed advice on the legal and functional options for repo trading and clearing members
• Consult comprehensively new and existing customers regarding the usage of Eurex Repo functionalities, products and services
• Ensure client readiness for Eurex releases and initiatives

Your profile:

• Completed university degree in business administration and/or comparable education
• Several years of experience in customer care
• Knowledge of trading, clearing and the organization of the stock exchange
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong team player with good presentation skills
• Strong customer focus
• High self-motivation as well as independent and goal-oriented way of working
