Intern/Student Assistant - Change Management (f/m/d)
Start:  | Duration: 3-6 with 39 hours per week (Internship) / 12 with 15-19 hours per week (Student Assistant) (in months) | Full-time 

Field of activity

The Clearing Delivery & Control section is responsible for the monitoring and control of operational business processes, the operating Change- and Quality Management and the centralized master data maintenance for the electronic clearing and trading systems of Eurex Clearing AG, FWB, Eurex (Eurex, Eurex Bonds, Eurex Repo ) as well as the connected trading platforms of the securities lending services under consideration of market-related regulations. As an intern/student assistant in the Change Management Unit you have the excellent opportunity to connect the theory of the university with the practice and to gain deep insights into the clearing and settlement of financial derivatives and securities. You will be involved in the business processes and ongoing projects of the department and will be in contact with customers of Eurex Clearing AG and other departments within Group Deutsche Boerse.



  • Support of the daily business activities and ongoing projects of the department
  • Drawing up statistical analysis and management presentations
  • Support in the preparation of impact and process requirements analysis
  • Creation of concepts, process flows and documentation material in German and English
  • Creation and maintenance of databases
  • Support in the controlling and management of current projects
  • Support in the preparation and execution of staff-trainings
  • Active communication with other departments within Group Deutsche Boerse and with the customers of Eurex Clearing AG


Qualifications/required skills

  • Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
  • Minimum of two successfully completed semesters of undergraduate studies
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
  • Competent handling of MS-Office applications (especially MS Access and VBA desirable)
  • Interested in capital and stock markets
  • High analytical skills
  • High organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
