Your area of work

As an intern / working student (f/m/d), you will support the Supervisory Reporting Projects & Products team, which is responsible for driving regulatory reporting change initiatives across Regulatory Reporting area in Financial Accounting & Controlling Department. The unit manages projects related to new regulatory requirements, regulatory reporting products and process enhancements, and coordinates incident handling for Regulatory Reporting teams in Germany and Luxembourg.

Your core task will be to support project and change management activities, including testing, documentation, ticket coordination and administrative tasks.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You actively participate in project activities, supporting project managers with coordination, documentation and task tracking
  • Your main task includes assisting with testing activities for new releases, including executing test cases, comparing data and documenting results
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding external resources, including account setup, access management and documentation
  • You will also support contract creation process, including maintaining documentation and working with tools such as SAP Fieldglass
  • In addition, you will help develop and maintain internal documentation, reports, process descriptions and team workflows

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognised university as a regular student, ideally in economics, business studies, informatics, mathematics or comparable fields
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in project work, financial services, regulatory topics or similar areas (e.g., internships, academic projects)
  • You are interested in project management, regulatory change topics and data-driven work such as data analytics, reporting logic, statistics or process optimisation
  • You are a good team player with strong communication skills
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office; skills in Jira, basic data analysis or analytical tools are an advantage
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are beneficial
