Your area of work

As an Intern/Working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Corporate IT department, specifically in the area of Purchasing, Facility, Contract Management IT. 
We are seeking a motivated student/intern with a passion for technology and business management to join our team as an IT Solutions and Management Support student/intern. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and operations of IT solutions related to purchasing, contract, and facility management as well as providing support to our team with coordinating projects and technical testing.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely project reporting
  • You will support the team with the implementation of AI and ML features
  • You will gain interesting insights in project management, Scrum methology as well as Software-as-a-Solution applications
  • You will assist in the development of supporting materials such as management presentations
  • You will provide support for manual testing activities conducted by the team
  • You will be responsible for release management in the Purchasing tools area

 

Your profil:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters
    (Study focus in the field of Business Informatics or Computer Science studies will be an advantage) or you already hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree that is not older than 6 months.
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of IT project management or software development (e.g. experience abroad, internships).
  • You are interested in corporate processes (f.e.: Finance, Procurement, Facility Management, Human Resources).
  • You are proactive and well-structured with very good time-management skills
  • You show a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly comprehend information, derive insights, and synthesize information concisely to devise effective solutions
  • You are collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to independently prioritize tasks
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Power Point and Excel (experience with any SAP software is an advantage)
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, with effective communication and writing abilities
