Intern / Working Student - Change Management (f/m/d)

Field of activity
As an intern / working student - Change Management (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Change Management department significantly in being involved in our business processes and ongoing projects of the department, experience broad variety of topics as well as being in contact with customers of Eurex Clearing AG and other departments within Group Deutsche Boerse. 


  • You will assist us in our ongoing project management activities such as project planning and controlling.
  • You will gain interesting insights into the clearing and settlement of financial derivatives and securities.
  • You will analyse and evaluate changes and updates of our business procedures.
  • Furthermore, you will support the team with preparation and execution of departmental trainings.
  • You will be involved in software tests and respective test results record.
  • In addition to these exciting tasks, you will gain insights in an agile working environment.

 Qualifications/required skills

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters
    (Study focus in the field of business or financial studies) or you already hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree that is not older than 6 months.
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of process flows and/or financial area.
  • You are interested in capital and stock market.
  • Thanks to your cooperative and adaptive manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your affinity of analytical thinking, very good communication skills and independent working attitude, help you to quickly familiarize and organize yourself with new topics.
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access), ideally VBA skills.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
