Your area of work
As a People Development Intern, you will join our Talent Attraction & People Development team and will have the chance to gain insights and hands-on experience into global talent management practices within an innovative market infrastructure provider and international exchange organization. You will have the opportunity to support and bring value to our talent development initiatives and graduate trainee programs and will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all Deutsche Börse Group new joiners. You’ll work closely with various teams enhance development opportunities, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of our graduate trainee and internal talent development programs, including learning sessions, workshops, and events, as well as supporting with the application and selection process
- You will maintain program documentation, including participant lists, schedules, and feedback
- You will address questions and concerns from talents & graduate trainees and provide them guidance throughout their program
- You will support in the continuous development of our talent development programs by gathering feedback, researching best practices, and providing recommendations
- You will support the coordination and moderation of our global New Joiner Welcome Sessions
- You will support in the global Performance Management process, including the completion of tickets, functioning as point of contact for HR colleagues and testing of system functionalities
- You will work closely with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
- You will contribute to process improvements related to talent management and support in ad hoc tasks and projects
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (preferably in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields). We also offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, a certificate of enrolment is not required
- You excel at organizing and coordinating different projects with a variety of stakeholders ensuring everything runs effortlessly
- You are proactive, organized and detail oriented
- You have an interest in talent development and HR processes
- You have good working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You can work both independently and as part of a team
- You have strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
