Your responsibilities:
- You will assist our employees globally with their Learning-related inquiries, helping to create a positive and supportive learner experience
- You will gain interesting insights in implementing, organizing, supporting, and further developing our learning measures and training formats
- You will support the team by managing and documenting learning activities in our Learning Management System in SuccessFactors Learning
- You will update Learning guidelines in PowerPoint and Learning content on our SharePoint sides
- You will support in report generation and data cleaning as well as preparation in Excel
- You will research market trends and best practices in the field of Learning to support in continuously improve the learner experience
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree - in this case, an enrolment is not required
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experiences in Human Resources in an internship or a working student position
- You see yourself as a team player as well as an organizational talent and work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
- You have an open, approachable, and strong communication personality
- You are confident and experienced in the use of common MS Office applications
- You have fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
