Your Area of Work
As an Intern (f/m/d) within the Clearing IT Project Management and Integration team, you will provide structured support across a range of project related activities. This includes managing tasks, dependencies, and issue tracking, preparing presentations based on input from the Project Manager, and coordinating organizational readiness for the rollout of new features. In this role, you will gain valuable insights into complex IT and software projects in the Clearing environment and contribute to various project planning and management tasks as part of a collaborative team.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will support the monitoring and follow up of project plans as well as the tracking of issue lists, including contributing to the preparation, coordination, and documentation of Service Implementation (SI) rollout related activities. This includes assisting with testing preparation and tracking, maintaining implementation artefacts, ensuring service readiness criteria are met, and facilitating structured communication and alignment with project stakeholders
- You will assist in the preparation and drafting of information and decision making documents
- You will coordinate project meetings and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes
- You will contribute to administrative and organizational activities to ensure smooth project execution
Your Profile:
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state recognized university for the entire internship period, or you hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree not older than six months. Alternatively, you may complete an orientation internship during a gap year following your degree, in which case enrollment is not required
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience through internships or student employment
- You possess strong analytical abilities, an organized and structured working style, and confidence in handling numerical information
- You demonstrate organizational skills, strong communication abilities, a team-oriented mindset, and a high level of independence, responsibility, and ownership
- You have solid proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage
