Your area of work

As an Intern (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Group Security Department significantly in the Cyber Protection Section.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support service delivery management activities such as ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, supporting the delivery and reporting of projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, aligning with stakeholders, and cross-functional & service coordination
  • You will be engaged in daily business activities of Cyber Protection
  • In addition, you will be involved in audit-related activities and support in overall maintenance of regulatory compliance
  • You will gain comprehensive experience and knowledge in the area of service delivery management and all topics related to Cyber Protection

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student
  • You are preferably in your master's studies in the following focus areas (management, business informatics, digital business, digital transformation, computer science, project management, finance, cyber/ information security or other relevant fields) and are at least 1 year before graduation
  • You have a strong sense of ownership together with good analytical and organizational skills which will help you to familiarize yourself with our dynamic and customer-centric environment
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex matters and drive to resolution
  • You are competent in working with MS-Office applications (especially PowerPoint)
  • Ideally you have first experience with Project Management, JIRA and/or Confluence
  • Relevant certifications in security management and project management such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus
  • Your communicative and cooperative manner and interpersonal skills will quickly help you to find your way into our harmonious team
  • Knowledge/interest in cyber security topics of Data Leakage Protection, Data Security, Database Activity Monitoring, and Endpoint Detection & Response are a strong plus
  • Furthermore, you are proficient in written and spoken English; German knowledge is beneficial
