Your area of work

The AI Enablement team drives adoption and engagement of the internal generative AI platform across Deutsche Börse Group.

As an intern (f/m/d), you will support the AI Enablement team with operational enablement, literacy and other activities that communicate the platform's value, and engage stakeholders.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will gain hands-on familiarity with the internal generative AI platform - exploring its capabilities, testing key workflows, and understanding how it works in practice
  • You will create and maintain enablement and reference materials (Example: FAQs, blog posts, and success stories) that showcase use cases and benefits of the generative AI platform
  • You will assist in planning and executing kick-off events, workshops, webinars, and training sessions
  • You will prepare presentation materials, and stakeholder briefings that articulate the platform's capabilities to support group wide rollout
  • You will manage SharePoint sites and internal communication channels - keeping content current, organised, and accessible
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate with communications and technical stakeholder teams to ensure consistent, accurate messaging across channels

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognised university throughout your placement and have completed at least 3 semesters
  • You have a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence and are eager to develop practical, hands-on knowledge of how it works
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office tools and SharePoint; familiarity with content creation or design tools is a plus
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, or content creation
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent writing skills; you work collaboratively, stay well-organised, and are proactive
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
