The Transformation Office provides robust project management and information security capabilities to the CTO organization. Within the Transformation Office, the Information Security, Risk & Regulatory unit drives continuous improvement of the CTO’s security posture through measurable outcomes.
As an Intern (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Information Security, Risk & Regulatory department significantly in analyzing processes and developing AI‑driven automations, including building agentic workflows, integrating APIs, and assisting with testing, deployment, and documentation of AI solutions.
Your responsibilities
- You analyze business processes and data to identify automation opportunities
- You support the exploration of AI and agentic AI use cases aligned with business needs
- You help design and implement agentic workflows and end‑to‑end automations
- You experiment with AI agent behavior and optimize prompts and interaction patterns
- You develop Python scripts and build API integrations for AI‑driven solutions
- Furthermore, you assist with testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer for AI solutions
Your profile
- You are enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as business informatics, computer science, data analytics, or similar
- You have strong interest in AI, agentic AI, and automation, with motivation to apply them to real business processes
- You possess solid analytical thinking and the ability to identify inefficiencies in processes and data structures as well as a structured, reliable and independent working style
- You have basic to strong Python skills, or hands‑on experience building solutions with AI coding assistants and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- You understand Large Language Models and initial experience with prompts, APIs, or automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n)
- You are proficient in English
